I still have a few questions, though! How old were you when you sold the story to Star Trek: The Next Generation? Did you submit a treatment or a screenplay (I assume the latter)? Did you have any involvement after the purchase?

Chris - I was 21. Yes, submitted a full script. No involvement after the purchase. It's interesting how even big writers such as D.C. Fontana - who called to discuss my TNG sale - told me she was sent her DS9 script back, final version, and wasn't even told when it would air. They wanted nothing else from her. Guess that's the 'process'.
