Throughout the hit show's seven season run, Janeway is always a clear communicator. It's plainly unheard of to not understand her crew commands, conversational rhetoric and leadership philosophy. However, in the Season 2 episode, Twisted, after becoming delirious from debilitating exposure to an alien entity, Captain Janeway spouts loopy, unintelligible gibberish.
